How to Care for Your Items
Each item is carefully handmade by me. The glitter is completely sealed and no shedding will occur. Each item comes with a care card instructing you to gently hand wash your cup with love. Using warm water, gently hand wash with a soft sponge, regular dish soap, and gently pat dry or air dry. Do not place any of our cups in the dishwasher, microwave or freezer.
The vinyl used is high grade outdoor permanent vinyl. It is not just simply a sticker. It will withstand your daily use and washing when properly cared for. Please do not pick at the vinyl or scratch it off or it can damage and begin to come up. Gently pat, do not scrub, when washing.
Can I put an existing design on another style of Drinkware?
Absolutely! Select the style of drinkware you want under "Custom Orders & Add Ons" and let me know the design you would like in the Design Specification area.
Can I See a Draft/Proof of My "Custom" Design?
For custom orders, I can send you a mock draft with a few font choices to choose from and overall design approval. **This is done by request only. Drafts will only be designed after purchase.
Please note that sending a draft and waiting for your approval can add extra time to the process of making and getting your order completed by up to a few days.
What are the dimensions of each drinkware style?
Tall Skinny Tumbler - 16 oz - 8.5 in. tall
Water Bottle - 24 oz. - 9.5 in. tall
Travel Mug - 17 oz. - 7 in. tall
Coffee Mug - 16 oz - 6 in tall
Stemless Wine Glass - 21 oz - 4.5 in. tall

*All drinkware is BPA free.
Refunds - Returns - Cancellations
Since orders are custom and handmade to order, I do not allow cancellations or refunds once orders are placed. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
When Will My Order Ship?
My current turn around time is 2 weeks before shipment. Please understand these items are carefully handmade and include many, many steps to make. We work hard every day to get orders out and have yet to miss a shipping deadline. If you need something sooner, I have a "Rush My Order" option available. This will ensure that your order is shipped out within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Questions
I ship all packages via Canada Post (4-7 day, air, tracked). Once the package is in the hands of the postal service, delivery times are out of my control. You may experience delays due to holidays, weather, customs, etc.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has shipped and you can track your package accordingly. If you are unable to track your shipment, please allow 24 hours for the information to update and try again. I cannot guarantee a delivery date, only a ship by date.
For international orders (USA and beyond), shipping time is not guaranteed, as items can often be held in customs, which is out of my control. Please allow up to one month for international orders to ship. Any customs and duty taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt.
Please double check the address upon check out. I will not ship to any other address other than the one you provide. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting payment.

If you are shipping this as a gift directly to the recipient, let me know and I can include a personalized note inside for you!
Damaged Items
Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A new item will not be sent or refund given until 1. A photo is received of the broken item or 2. The original item is sent back.
After review, I will remake the item and ship via Canada Post (4-7 day, air, tracked). If you request the items be shipped any other way (FedEx, UPS, Overnight, Priority, etc), this will be at your own expense.

If you are able to pick up your order , use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP to waive the shipping costs. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification regarding the address for pick up.

Your satisfaction is VERY important to me, so I will strive to make every order right! If a personalized item is incorrectly made, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
***As with all hand-crafted items, slight imperfections exist. These variations do not detract from the beauty and/or functionality, however they do add character, charm and uniqueness that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass produced. You will not be disappointed in the design or construction of these quality pieces.
